Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 11/06/2025
Company: Solana Funded FZCO ("Solana Funded", "we", "our", or "us")
Website: https://solanafunded.com
Platform: https://trader.solanafunded.com

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Solana Funded website, trading platform, Telegram bot, or any other services (the "Services"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your relationship with Solana Funded and set out your rights, obligations, and responsibilities when using our Services.

Solana Funded is a proprietary trading evaluation company. We provide simulated trading environments where users demonstrate trading skill in order to qualify for a simulated funded account and receive a share of profits generated within that structure.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Evaluation – The challenge process traders must complete to qualify for a funded account.
  • Funded Account – A simulated trading account provided upon successful completion of an Evaluation.
  • Refundable Fee – The initial fee paid to begin an Evaluation, refundable only under the conditions outlined in Section 8.
  • Prohibited Trading Strategies – Trading methods, behaviors, or practices that are banned on the Solana Funded platform (see Section 5.6).
  • SolProtector / AtlasProtector – Internal risk management systems that enforce trading limits and automatically act to secure accounts.

3. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or impersonation is strictly prohibited and will result in a breach.

Currently, Solana Funded does not restrict access by country; however, we reserve the right to deny or restrict services to certain jurisdictions at our discretion.

4. Evaluations

Solana Funded offers multiple evaluation types, including 1-Step, 1-Step Elite, 2-Step, and 2-Step Elite. Each evaluation has different profit targets, drawdown limits, position size rules, and trading day minimums.

Passing your Evaluation entitles you to a Funded Account offer. Certificates of completion will be emailed and made available in your dashboard.

5. Trading Rules

5.1 Maximum Drawdown

Maximum drawdown is the largest loss allowed before your account is breached. It is calculated against the highest balance or equity from previous days.

5.2 Maximum Daily Drawdown

Daily drawdown is measured at end-of-day (EOD). If your losses exceed this threshold, your account will be terminated immediately.

5.3 Position Size & Limits

Standard accounts may hold up to five positions at once, each capped at 2% of portfolio value.
Elite accounts may hold unlimited positions but remain subject to individual risk limits.

5.4 Minimum Trading Days

A minimum of five active trading days is required per evaluation phase. Each qualifying day must include at least 1% profit to count toward this requirement.

5.5 Risk Protection Systems

  • SolProtector automatically secures accounts in the funded stage by stopping out positions once open PNL exceeds 3%.
    • First incident reduces profit split to 40%.
    • Second incident closes the account permanently.
  • AtlasProtector monitors account behavior and prevents reckless or abusive trading activity. It may force-close positions or suspend accounts where rules are violated.

5.6 Prohibited Trading Strategies

The following activities are strictly prohibited on all Solana Funded accounts, whether in evaluation or funded stages. Engaging in any of these practices will result in an immediate breach and termination of your account.

5.6.1 Multi-Accounting & Collusion

Opening or controlling multiple accounts, or working with other traders to circumvent rules, is forbidden.

  • Example: Trader A and Trader B agree to open accounts and trade opposite sides of the same coin to guarantee one makes a profit.

5.6.2 Insider Trading & Non-Public Information

Trading based on insider knowledge, or undisclosed partnerships with teams of meme coins, is considered abuse.

  • Example: A trader knows about an upcoming token listing on a major exchange before it’s announced and places trades using that information.

5.6.3 All-In or Gambling Behavior

Risking excessive portions of the account balance in one or very few trades is prohibited.

  • Example: A trader opens a single trade using 60% of their portfolio margin on a new meme coin with extremely low liquidity.

5.6.4 Latency Arbitrage & Price Feed Exploitation

Taking advantage of delays in price updates, system execution, or manipulating trading engines is forbidden.

  • Example: A trader repeatedly exploits a 2–3 second delay between Solana Funded’s price feed and an external DEX, placing trades only to capture the mispricing.

5.6.5 Spoofing & Market Manipulation

Placing trades with no intent to hold them, purely to manipulate perceived demand, is not allowed.

  • Example: A trader places a series of large buy orders to push the price higher, then cancels them instantly while selling on another account.

5.6.6 Copy Trading & Automated Bots

Using external trading bots, mirror accounts, or copy-trading other traders is not permitted.

  • Example: A trader sets up their funded account to automatically replicate the trades of another wallet they control, or uses a Telegram/Discord signal bot to place trades for them.

5.6.7 Third-Party Trading

Your account is personal and cannot be managed by anyone else.

  • Example: A trader gives their account login details to a friend who trades on their behalf.

5.6.8 Circumvention of Risk Systems

Any attempt to bypass SolProtector, AtlasProtector, or platform risk checks will be treated as a severe breach.

  • Example: A trader tries to disable stop-outs by placing offsetting orders that confuse the risk system, or floods the engine with transactions to delay enforcement.

Final Note: If a strategy is not explicitly listed but resembles any of the above in spirit, Solana Funded may still classify it as prohibited at its sole discretion.
