We use this data to determine evaluation outcomes, enforce trading rules, detect prohibited strategies, and issue certificates or payouts.

Example: If you breach your daily drawdown limit, our system records the breach, and this may be referenced in account closure.

3.3 Affiliate Data

If you join our affiliate program, we collect:

  • Affiliate ID and referral code
  • Referred user activity (clicks, sign-ups, purchases)
  • Commission balances and payout history
  • Tier status within the affiliate system
